Can I return a poster?
You can return unframed or unmounted items within 10 days of receipt. Please note, returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%-25%. Frames, framed posters, canvas transfers, and plak-mounted posters are final sale and cannot be returned. Original posters can be returned for a refund, provided they are in undamaged, re-sellable condition and shipped in the original packaging. Reprint or print posters are eligible for online credit only and must also be in undamaged, re-sellable condition with original packaging. Do you refund shipping charges?
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the shipment arrived damaged or was due to our error. All returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%-25%. Customers are responsible for reading product descriptions prior to purchase, as we are not liable for missed details. Frames, framed, canvas transferred, and plak-mounted posters are final sale and non-returnable.

I sent back my poster, now what?
Returns, including exchanges and refunds, are processed within 3-6 weeks. Processing delays may occur if the Order ID is not included. We will notify you once your return is processed.

What if I receive an incorrect order?
Please notify us within 10 days of receipt, and we will correct the error or issue a refund. Check your spam folder for notifications about any out-of-stock items. After 10 days, you may be responsible for shipping fees or additional product costs.

What if my poster arrives damaged?
If your poster arrives damaged, open the package immediately and inspect the contents. Contact us right away if the items are damaged, and provide photos of both the packaging and the damaged posters. Claims for damaged posters must be made within 10 days of delivery. Successful claims will result in a refund or replacement, depending on stock availability.
