Can I return a poster?

Please read description below and then use the Returns Portal at the bottom of the page.

You can return unframed/mounted items within 10 days of receipt. All returns can be subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee is 10%-25% Frames and framed, canvas transferred and plak mounted posters are not eligible for return. Original posters can be returned for a refund. Original posters must be in undamaged, re-sellable condition shipped in the original packaging. Reprint or Print posters can be returned for an on-line credit only. Reprint or Print posters must be in undamaged, re-sellable condition and shipped in the original packaging. If you are having trouble using the Returns Portal please contact us at returns@movieposter.com.

Do you refund shipping charges?

Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the shipment arrived damaged or due to an error on our side. All returns can be subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee is 10%-25%. Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to read all product descriptions/conditions before purchasing as we are not responsible if provided information is not read.   Frames and framed, canvas transferred and plak mounted posters are not eligible for returns and are final sale. Original posters can be returned for a refund. Original posters must be in undamaged, re-sellable condition shipped in the original packaging. Reprint or Print posters can be returned for an on-line credit only. Reprint or Print posters must be in undamaged, re-sellable condition and shipped in the original packaging. I sent back my poster, now what?

All returns (exchanges and refunds) will take anywhere from 3-6 weeks to process. There will be further processing delays if you do not include your Order ID number.   We will contact you when your return is processed.  

What if my poster arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, open it immediately and check if the contents have been damaged. If your posters are damaged, please contact us immediately. We will require photographs of both the packaging and the damaged products in order to accept damaged poster claims. Even if your posters are damaged, no claims will be accepted beyond 10 days after delivery of the posters. It is not our responsibilty to accomodate any delayed opening of your package. Successful damaged poster claims will either be refunded or replaced, depending on stock availability.
